UNDERSTANDING PULMONARY HYPERTENSION: USEFUL RESOURCES

These guidelines and recommendations can help provide you with a better understanding of the diagnosis and management of patients with pulmonary hypertension (PH).

Many guidelines and recommendations exist for the management of PH patients. These resources are relevant for doctors and nurses in secondary care and can be used to supplement your understanding of the condition and clinical management of patients with PH. However, the diagnosis and treatment of PH patients should take place at a specialist PH centre.

As with all conditions, the final decisions concerning an individual patient must be made by the responsible health professional in consultation with the patient and caregiver as appropriate. This list is not exhaustive.
